My experience in startups means I know what it takes to take a product from zero to 8.5 million users and grow a company from zero to 55 million in revenue. My experience with people means I know what it takes to lead through a time of crisis and pitch to a crowd of 2,000. Through it all, I believe I know how to keep moving forward when life tries to knock you down. I have 20 years of education and experience in software. I earned my Bachelor's in Computer Science from Washington State University and went on to a variety of roles building large-scale distributed systems for next-generation finance, innovation for the US Department of Energy, mobile apps for startups, and enterprise collaboration tools for global audiences. I've been a key technical leader in innovative products with recognition from Gartner and Forrester.

Nowadays, I am the Co-Founder & CTO of Soundbite.AI, an enterprise collaboration SaaS company helping some of the biggest companies in the world connect their workers through short-form experiences that fit in any pocket. I am also Co-Founder & Educator at Fuse Accelerator - the only coworking space in Tri-Cities, WA - where I work on connecting people and sharing knowledge to turn new ideas into growing businesses.

You can find me on LinkedIn, Twitter, or the next Fuse event.

While I do love my time behind the keyboard coding, one can say I've always been a natural extrovert. My writing is mostly about startups and software, but you will run into the occasional biographic opinion piece on how I see the world. Thank you for reading and enjoy.
