My experience in startups means I know what it takes to take a product from zero to 8.5 million users and grow a company from zero to 55 million in revenue. My experience with people means I know what it takes to lead through a time of crisis and pitch to a crowd of 2,000. Through it all, I believe I know how to keep moving forward when life tries to knock you down. I have 20 years of education and experience in software. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Washington State University. I went on to hold a variety of roles, building large-scale distributed systems for next-generation finance, innovating for the US Department of Energy, developing mobile apps for startups, and creating enterprise collaboration tools for global audiences. I've been a key technical leader in innovative products, recognized by Gartner and Forrester.

I am also Co-Founder and Educator at Fuse Accelerator, the first coworking space in Tri-Cities, WA, where I work on connecting people and sharing knowledge to turn new ideas into thriving businesses. You can read more about my background in the Tri-Cities Journal of Business.

You can find me on LinkedIn or the next Fuse event.

While I do love my time behind the keyboard coding, I've always been a natural extrovert. My writing is primarily about startups and software, but you'll also come across the occasional biographical opinion piece on how I view the world. Thank you for reading.
